Mitsuhiro Ueno
Managing Director
EMEA and UK
Mitsuhiro has 22 years of business finance experience in dynamic, global market environments. He has extensive expertise in international banking in New York, Tokyo and Osaka in the functions of commercial banking.
He joined JCM in 2016 as an advisor and auditoroverseeing all JCM operations in Japan and overseas, including major subsidiaries. Mitsuhiro has sat on the JCM Board of Directors
- Director on Board of JCM since 2018, firstly as upper executive officer in charge of global governance, then in 2020 as Upper Executive Officer of JCM, Managing Director of JCM Europe, GmbH. as well as JCM Europe (UK) Ltd.
In 2023, he was also made a Director, Game Payment Technology Ltd. He graduated in Law from the University of Tokyo and has an MBA in Finance from Miami University.
Payam Zadeh
General Manager EMEA and
Managing Director UK
Payam brings 25 years of sales experience at an executive level to his role with significant experience of dynamic global markets. He has developed significant expertise in cash handling and payment systems over the years in many sectors, including banking, retail and gaming.
Payam has spent over 12 years as General Manager EMEA and Managing Director UK responsible for the entire JCM EMEA business including the UK office, responsible for overseeing all the divisions including sales, marketing, human resources, finance and IT.
Payam is fluent in a number of languages and has a proven record in the successful planning, development, implementation, placement and management of new products and markets. He is a graduate of the Polytechnical University in Saarbruecken.
Antonius Engel
Finance Director
Antonius Engel has been with JCM for more than 14 years and has over 30 years of experience in finance. Before joining JCM, he was the Head of Finance in a listed company and also worked as a finance controller.
His role at JCM includes all aspects of accounting and IT, including strategic planning, budgeting and reporting, system optimization and development of information platforms.
Antonius Engel hods a degree in Business Administration from the University of Paderborn (Germany).
Kristina Fuchs
HR Manager
Kristina joined JCM in 2014 as HR Manager before taking control of the administration department in 2015, too. Since that time, she has also been responsible for human resources and administration for the UK office.
She has over 19 years’ experience in HR and is an employee support specialist. She has implemented training and development throughout the company, as well as managing university recruitment drives, moderating workshops and cooperating with relevant worker associations.
She graduated from the Heinrich Heine University with a diploma in Education and qualified as a state-certified human resources specialist at the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
Björn Fletcher
Teamleader Sales Back Office
Björn joined JCM in 2007 on an apprenticeship scheme and worked on overseas business accounts gaining training on the job up until 2015. At this point he was very familiar with the key sales accounts for JCM, however, he also did part-time further training to become a state-certified business economist – made possible by the backing of JCM.
From 2016, Björn became a team leader for internal sales and manages three employees in Düsseldorf and one employee in the UK office in Milton Keynes.
Dragoljub Grekulovic
Head of Competence Center EMEA
Dragoljub Grekulovic Joined JCM Europe in 2009 as a service engineer. Since 2013 he has been part of the JCM Global Product Management team, as Head of Department for the EMEA Region.
Dragoljub has experience in cash handling for both the gaming and commercial sectors and has been involved in the development of the most recent generation of Bill Validators from market research through to launch.
Isabella Tundo
Marketing Manager
Isabella first started working for JCM as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator in 2015 before leaving to explore other opportunities. Before that, she had already gained experience of marketing and organising trade events during her studies as an interpreter and translator for the Italian and Spanish languages.
She re-joined the JCM team in 2022 with the main role of marketing manager, having specialised increasingly in this area in recent years and having acquired knowledge and experience in other sectors.
Isabella is responsible for the company’s public image and communicates with the press and via social media, as well as organising trade fairs and customer events in the EMEA regions with her team. She does this with great enthusiasm and passion, without forgetting her love for detail.
Christian Huisgen
Customer Care Center Manager
Christian joined JCM in June 2006 as a support technician. In 2015 he took over the responsibility of the technical field service team.
Since 2017 he serves as manager of the EMEA Customer Care Center which includes the departments of sustaining engineering, technical field service and data collection.
He manages product integration and strengthens new and existing customer relationships.
